We are now ready with a new date for the Antenatal classes at Maies. It will take place on May 8th, at 18.00 (6PM) and lasts approximately 2 hours.
The antenatal class will be an educational lesson in everything from the anatomy of a pregnant woman to labour and the newborn baby.
The following, is a list of themes, which we will be talking about throughout the class.
– the anatomy of a pregnant woman
– the early and active stages of labour
– pain relief
-where and when to call when in labour
– the role of the partner
– delivery of the baby and the placenta
– other ways of delivery (ventouse, ceasarean)
– the newborn baby
– breastfeeding
-maternity period

The course takes place at Fysiq, Engvej 171, 2300 Kbh S (in the basement of Hotel Park Inn). You can sign up on the website, through the link “tilmelding”, then choose “Antenatal class”.
